A unique wellbeing platform which includes my signature yoga classes and the bonus of additional mindful movement practices. These aim to mobilise the joints whilst strengthening and lengthening the whole body.
The incredible space also includes breath-work and meditations to leave you feel calm and grounded, for true whole body & mind wellbeing.
