For the past 8 years I have been working as a mind body practitioner, movement therapist, yoga teacher and more recently mindset coach.

​

I have helped clients all over the world including Peru, Costa Rica, UK, Spain and Portugal.

The mind body connection interests me hugely and I am constantly learning to best serve my clients and help them to feel incredible inside and out.

Not only have I helped many of my clients heal from physical pain and emotional tension over and over again, but I have had many of my own injuries in the past. I have been able to heal these through the right tools, rehabilitation, nutrition, and of course movement.
