I combine all of my movement practices, anatomy knowledge and trainings into each of my teachings.
For example, you will find me integrating Pilates into Movement Therapy sessions and vice versa. These practices are all connected beautifully, so I combine them together to get you the results you want both in your body and within your mind.

STEP 1

Get in touch and have an initial chat so we can discuss:
​
- if you would prefer yoga or pilates sessions or a combination
- what you want to work on and achieve through our sessions
- how many sessions you'd like
- whether I am the right teacher for you

STEP 2​
​
​We will have a casual 20 minute call over zoom. You can then decide if you would like 121 sessions together.
​

STEP 3
​
Book in your sessions either as a one off if you'd like to try or you can book a block of sessions. In your first session we would have a more in depth consultation discussing:
​
- your goals
- any injuries or pain
- any other doubts you have
- how you are feeling in your body
- specific modifications and movements for you
